Saint
Paul, also known as the City of Industry: three ordinary individuals
are placed under extraordinary circumstances and become... more than
human. Officer Patton has an other-worldly close encounter that will
lead him
to uncover forgotten truths about his past, as well as visions of his
future. When Karla Engel is sexually assaulted in a dimly lit parking
lot,
something inside her breaks, unleashing through its cracks an avenging
sword-wielding force that will sweep the streets of Saint Paul.
Christopher Weide, heir to the throne of the Weide Corporation, slips
into a coma after a car crash, and returns with the ability to tap into
people’s darkest secrets and to foresee events of catastrophic
proportions.
VOLUME TWO:
Three
extraordinary individuals will cross paths in Saint Paul, the City of
Industry, and be forced to join forces against a hidden enemy and fight
for the future of Mankind. Officer Patton tries to use his new found
abilities to dispense the justice courts of law are not willing to,
under the guidance of Dr. Mallory. Since the disappearance of Karla
Engel, the Exterminating Angel became the most enduring urban legend in
Saint Paul, although some believe the legend might be real! Christopher
Weide continues to be tormented by strange visions of the future when
Dr. MacLaren sends him to see Dr. Mallory, fueling his already rampant
sense of paranoia.
VOLUME THREE:
The City of Industry, as the whole world, is clamped under the metal heels of intelligent machines, the Cyberiads. A small outfit of four operatives are on their way to the MacLaren Institute on a mission meant to give Mankind a fighting chance against its opressor. Shadow, Karuna, and Doggo, led by their misterious leader, Berserker, will face countless dangers as they cross the vast wasteland that used to be called Saint Paul.
